Our Client, Japanese Automotive manufacturing company is currently looking for a Sales Staff position with detail as per following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, preferably with a Japanese company.
- Proficiency in English or Japanese (both written and spoken). Proficiency in both languages is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
