Responsibilities:
• Manage & lead the sales, and sales-related expenses.
• Identify, develop, prioritize & execute effective strategic growth plans to exceed business goals in Indonesia
• Stay abreast with in-depth knowledge of the current and future market trends, including technology trends, customer applications and competitive technology in Indonesia.
• Manage customers and distributors to develop market opportunities to support growth in Indonesia market.
• Co-ordinate planning and execution of a range of marketing activities including attendance at tradeshows, seminars, product launches and regular product specific mail-outs
• Build and maintain good relationships with key customers, potential customers, and key opinion leaders in related community in Indonesia
• Provide support to distributors and internal sales staff to support their selling role
• Work closely with Service team to achieve customer’s satisfaction and support service team in achieving service revenue in Indonesia
• Work closely with technical team to achieve customer satisfaction and market development
• Work with other departments promoting cross field activities
• Human Resources retention and development if any.
Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Science Major/Material Science
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Assistant Sales Manager or Manager in laboratory instrumentation, scientific instrument or similar industry is preferred
• Strong communication & presentation skill with the ability to influence promotional efforts of Customer
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Power point, word).
• Fluent in English language
• Having a driver license Preferred (sim: A)
• Regional support (able to travel)
