Our Japanese client is looking for Sales Supervisor to join their team with details as follows:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for dairy products.
Identify new business opportunities, including market expansion, new product launches, and distribution channels.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry, with a focus on dairy products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Familiarity with retail and distribution channels in the dairy industry.
