• Oversee all production areas from raw material dispensary to finished goods packing.
• Manage production planning and scheduling in alignment with marketing forecasts and sales demands.
• Manage materials, machinery, and human resources to ensure that production targets are met efficiently. 
• Supervise inventory management for raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.
• Implement and uphold quality management systems, including GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, and relevant food safety standards.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Set and monitor production KPIs, including cost efficiency, machine utilization, and product quality.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production performance, material usage, and efficiency metrics.
• Lead, coach, and mentor production team members, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Control, Technical, and PPIC to meet organizational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production line
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental compliance, maintaining a zero-incident environment.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for all production processes.
• The role may require managing a substantial team, including several production supervisors and frontline workers.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices in all production activities.
