Job Description :
- Have knowledge and understanding in QCDD (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Development).
- Manage, monitoring and controlling receive order, delivery control.
- Managing and monitoring Business activities.
- Managing and controlling, and coordination with internal staff related order, delivery or shipment.
- Making and monitoring quotation cost
- Manage and controlling between received order and quotation.
- Price negotiation with customer
- Forecast negotiation with affiliate.
- Review and analyst (forecast, sales amount, lost profit) report to Superior
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, particularly in the automotive industry or PMA in manufacturing, warehouse, or sales.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills is mandatory
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1, N2, or N3).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with expatriate management.
