Job Description:
- Create and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job design, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs.
- Maintain pay plans and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with regulations.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to nurture a positive working environment.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directories, ensuring all company HR policies are applied consistently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related role from multinational company
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, payroll, labor jobs, company regulations, data analysis, employee relations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR software.
- Proficient in English is a must
