Our Japanese client is looking for Sales Engineer candidate to join their team with details as follows:

 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the robotics automation sector.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of potential customers.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.

  • Conduct customer presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our robotics automation solutions.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including product selection, configuration, and customization.

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers, working to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably in the robotics automation or industrial automation sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of robotics systems, automation technologies, and industrial processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
