Our Japanese client is looking for Sales Engineer candidate to join their team with details as follows:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the robotics automation sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of potential customers.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
Conduct customer presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our robotics automation solutions.
Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including product selection, configuration, and customization.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers, working to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably in the robotics automation or industrial automation sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of robotics systems, automation technologies, and industrial processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
