Job Description:
Direct daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure
smooth and efficient production, staffing, and quality.Develop strategic plans in the manufacturing process, hiring needs, running
of operations, and manage budgets effectively.Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements
and internal quality standards.Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and
protocols.Take a data-driven approach to develop and implement processes that
increase productivity and enhance overall performance.
Job Requirement:
Min. bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related discipline.
Proven experience of 8-10 in plant operations, and at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial
role preferred. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.Familiarity with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently is necessary.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants.
Experience with setting up and scaling manufacturing operations is a bonus.
Experience with a clean room environment is a bonus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology is expected.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willing to accept challenges, able to work under pressure, have excellent analytical thinking, and communicate effectively with various levels.
