Key Responsibilities:
Understand and navigate the Indonesian business environment, ensuring compliance with statutory regulatory requirements.
Ensure all operational employees are trained and certified to perform tasks as per regulations and customer requirements.
Accountable for the safe operations of equipment and manufacturing plants.
Maintain high standards for product quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
Oversee the quality of blasting services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
Ensure the use of permitted and approved raw materials in manufacturing processes.
Contribute to business strategy development and translate strategies into specific operational objectives.
Direct the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in operations management within the mining industry.
Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements related to mining operations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
