Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in Indonesia.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, track market trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance against targets and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, resolving customer issues, and continuously improving processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
