Job Descriptions:
- To perform and carry out field technical support. Conduct installation and commissioning of machine/tooling.
- Collaborate with overseas team to support customer services activities in Asia.
- Execute planned preventive maintenance, emergency callout, repairs, upgrades, telephone, and e-mail support to customers.
- Application software support.
- To liaise with factory in the NL to identify any improvement opportunities.
- Provide pre-sale technical support.
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.
- Conduct product application or technical training to customers.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess over 5 years solid experience in field services, preferably having working experience in printing and packaging machine.
- Good in planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of a third language is an advance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD drawing software.
- Able to review technical specification and/or to have basic understanding on technical/conceptual drawing provided from customer and suppliers.
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel overseas frequently (including China).
