Our client is one of the most successful Man Fashion retailers from China, currently has a network of fashion stores across Southeast Asia, such as Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Malaysia with more than 100 stores in total. They are currently expanding their business to Jakarta, Indonesia.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Handling full HR spectrum such as recruitment, payroll, training, compensation & benefits.
  • Familiar with Indonesia Labor Law, make contract with staff.
  • Facilitate good communication among different level of staff.
  • Ensure recruitment and selection of right talents to the organization by establishing effective recruitment and selection system.
  • Ensure retention and continuation of talents in the organization by establishing effective talent management program and succession planning.
  • Manage and ensure the employee database in accurate and up to date.
 
Requirement: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above in Human Resource Management Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Indonesia citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Well verse in Indonesia Employment law and its context.
  • Understanding of payroll, HR legislation, processes, training, recruiting, social insurance, signing labor contract.
  • Have an advantage of HR data analysis.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office.
  • Required language (s): Chinese, English, and Indonesia
