Our client is one of the successful Man Fashion retailers from China who currently has a network of fashion stores in countries outside China such as Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Malaysia with more than 100 stores (the first store outside China is Malaysia)
Currently they will open a network in Indonesia, Jakarta.

 

Role and responsibilities:
- Planning, identify, surveying, evaluating, and proposing potential areas for expansion
-Analyze the business reports regularly, understand the challenges of the business with regards to company’s direction, and prescribe countermeasures and propose improvement points to management
- Negotiate rental and tenancy terms for the company
-Attend store opening activities, mall related corporate events, activities and appointments.
-Analyze and advise legal risk in the lease/tenancy agreement and prescribe countermeasures
-Build mature relationships with landlords, developers, landowners, investors, bankers, and negotiate equally as a key representative of company
-Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure store opening as per schedule
-Ensure all the internal and external SOP and policies are observed
 

Requirements:
-Candidates must possess at least a Degree.
equivalent field
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience within the retail management space. Key exposure should include retail leasing, strategic expansion, store development (scrap and build, renovation, etc.)
-A wide range of networks with developers, landlords, retail property owners
-Must be computer liberated with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Systematic, strong organized and independent
-Good understanding of laws, rules and regulation related to retail fashion industry
-Ability to travel within the country and overseas if required
-Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin.
