Job Description:
 
1. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
2. Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of mobile banking.
3. To identify and define the core digital capabilities necessary for the Bank to meet its digital ambitions.
4. To develop recommendations for the Bank’s current capabilities and assets to accelerate its journey and to create a magnet for digital talents.
5. To Manage Projects Budget, Budget usability, Project Benefit Tracking and Project Closing.
6. To review of cost of project and involved in negotiation with vendors and proceed.
7. To review Vendor Agreement related to Projects to monitor and review all maintenance cost (opex) in Mobile Banking.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, operations, compliance, and customer service to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product initiatives.


Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Min. 7 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services & technology or consulting. Domain knowledge in banking or financial technology a must.
3. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products that drive customer engagement and business growth.
4. Strong understanding of digital banking trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
5.Ability to work and communicate cross-functionally; collaborate & influence as a leader.
