KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mechanical installation: Travel to Customer locations to perform complete installation of machines including maintenance and operating training.
Customers Training: Provide maintenance & operating training to customer representatives, to the extent needed to allow customers to maintain and utilize the machinery according to manufacturer guidelines and specifications
Troubleshooting: Analyse and diagnose all machinery malfunctioning cases, whether electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, system or other
Service intervention to the customer place: Determine the best course of action to resolve the problem(s) and directly take all necessary actions to implement or make all arrangements to ensure that the company’s organization can effectively provide a solution to the problems the customer is encountering with the machinery purchased.

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical background, experience from same industry or heavy machinery sector in glass working, able to do troubleshooting on machine or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required language(s): Fluent in written and spoken English
