Our client is an Asian commercial banking company. The Credit Planning & Monitoring Department Head will report directly to the Credit Review Division Head, and oversee the Credit Planning, Policy & Monitoring unit.
Job Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in the banking industry.
- Experience in constructing credit policy in the SME/Commercial/Corporate segment.
- Experience in constructing credit program/product in the SME/Commercial/Corporate segment.
- Experience in credit monitoring.
- Strong understanding in credit data and regulations regarding to credit policy.
- Experience in managing at least two subordinates.
Job Description:
- Creating and renewing credit procedures and policies.
- Designing the company's preferred industry and conducting training and socialization within the topic.
- Collaborate with the business and credit review unit in preparing credit program development strategy.
- Determining the flow process in assessing loan and credits as outlined in procedures and policies.
- Determining the terms & conditions for credit application process, including new applications or change requests in interest and loan period.
- Monitoring TBO and covenant documents for new credits and additional credits.
- Monitoring call report, watchlist table and risk monitoring checklist for debtors every 6 months.
- Monitoring the debtor watchlist quarterly.
