Job Description:
- Develop and manage client relationships, primarily with Japanese companies.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for corporate car leasing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality and customer service.
- Report sales activities and performance to management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the corporate car leasing industry.
- Proficiency in English, Japanese is a plus (JLPT N1, N2, N3)
- Strong understanding of the leasing market and customer management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of motivation and ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving skills to address competitor pricing and quality improvement challenges.
