Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Establish and expand customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Organize and attend sales meetings, product demonstrations, and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Provide feedback from customers to enhance product functionality and the sales process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales experience in the cosmetics sector (OEM Sales is preferred).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently.
