Candidate Requirements
- Min Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Maximum 40 years old
- Min 3 years experience in Chemical or Manufacturing Industry
- Ability to communicate in English is a Must
- Experience in production chemical processes/chemical companies
- Familiar with Distributed Control System for chemical process production
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
Job Description
- Liaise with other sections to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Organize workflow to meet production schedule specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel
- Determine the necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)
- Approve maintenance work, and purchasing of equipment, etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Report to upper management
