Job Description:
Lead and support the regional marketing team to achieve sales targets, especially in the east area.
Mentor and upgrade the skills of the regional team to meet MHC standards.
Monitor and maintain the account receivables in the region.
Collaborate with the collection team to reduce bad debt levels.
Develop and propose marketing strategies to maximize market penetration in the assigned region.
Job Qualifications:
Could analyze financial statements
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
Have strong leadership
Excellent analytical, relentlessly resourceful, and problem-solving skills.
Good proficiency in English, both oral & written, is a must
Will be placed in Jakarta or Surabaya
