Qualifications:
Experienced as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry, particularly in pastry production.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Japanese will be a huge plus.
Work location is in Bogor Regency
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules and assignments to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality of pastry products.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
