Responsibilites:
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
- Monitor and manage production line performance, identifying and resolving issues.
- Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve operational goals.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure proper functioning and upkeep of machinery.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in plastic injection process automotive parts manufacturing
