Responsibilites:
- Supervise and coordinate production engineering activities within the plastic injection molding department.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure production processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plastic injection molding equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with design and quality teams to implement engineering changes and product improvements.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding process as a production engineer.
- Willing to work in Cikarang.
