Staff Production Engineer
Seeking an experienced Staff Production Engineer to manage new equipment installation, optimize production line layouts, and drive productivity & quality improvements. Requires hands-on experience and knowledge of PLCs/electrical circuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee new equipment installation & commissioning.
- Design and improve production line layouts for efficiency.
- Implement productivity and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Apply PLC and electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and support.
- Collaborate with relevant teams (Maintenance, QA, Ops)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Production Engineer in Japanese manufacturing.
- Experience with equipment installation, line layout design, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD or other CAD software)
- Knowledge of PLCs and electrical circuits.
- Familiarity with Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
