Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
Visit manufacturing companies to present business proposals and build relationships.
Assist in attending to overseas guests, primarily Japanese clients and partners.
Support administrative tasks with BKPM and other governmental bodies.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2/N1) and English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to create detailed reports and presentations in Japanese.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to industrial areas.
Proficiency in using marketing and CRM software.
Experience in the trading or manufacturing industry is a plus.
Knowledge of trade practices and regulations is an advantage.
