JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage legal matters concerning international investments and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
- Provide legal advisory services on various subjects to business.
- Take responsibility to draft, review and negotiate the legality of M&A transaction documents including term sheet/MOU, share and purchase agreements and contracts.
- Support team to research and provide analysis on legal regulations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide legal support for various projects in local and internationally.
- Conduct a legal due diligence, negotiating, executing, and performing contracts.
