Job Description:
Carry out sales to achieve company targets.
Manage sales team and targets.

Job Requirement:
Minimum bachelor's degree from any major, sales & marketing background would be preferable.
Have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in a field related to Selling Projects, preferably experience working or working in a Global Outsourcing Company.
Work with sales targets and/or commissions on targets.
Understand the company's strategic planning (strategic planning) to achieve company targets.
Understand commercial & marketing strategies.
Understand Project Management / Business or Process Development.
Have strong business acumen skills.
Understand the rules and regulations of labor and the labor supply business (Outsourcing and other Supporting Services).
