Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Translation and Interpretation: Translate documents from Japanese to English and vice versa, and provide interpretation during meetings and communications as needed.
- Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and team members to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Document Management: Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and presentations in both Japanese and English.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for executives and team members.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Office Management: Assist in the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Proficiency in Japanese, with a minimum JLPT N2 level.
- Previous experience as a secretary or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
