Our client, a Japanese advisory firm, is looking for a person to be their representative in Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
Market Entry & Business Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Indonesia.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including potential investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess market trends.
Represent company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Investment Sourcing & Execution:
Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities across various sectors
Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.
Prepare investment proposals and presentations for internal review and investor presentations.
Assist in the negotiation and structuring of investment deals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide ongoing portfolio management and advisory services to clients.
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Prepare regular reports on investment performance and market activity.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from a reputable university. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or credit investing.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment transactions.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of financial markets and economic trends in Indonesia.
Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken) is essential.
Prior experience working with private credit investment firms is preferrable
