Responsibilities:
Lead the development and optimization of new and existing home care product formulations, including but not limited to detergents, cleaners, disinfectants, and air fresheners.
Conduct benchtop formulation, stability testing, and performance evaluations to ensure product efficacy and safety.
Source and evaluate raw materials, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed formulation records and technical documentation.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer needs in the home care sector.
Ensure all formulations and products comply with relevant local and international regulations (e.g., BPOM, ASEAN Cosmetic Directive).
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Apothecary, and other relevant studies.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in formulation development, preferable for home care products.
Past experiences as R&D or Formulator are much preferred.
Strong knowledge of formulation chemistry, raw materials, and processing technologies for home care products.
Proficiency in conducting stability testing, performance evaluations, and analytical techniques.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for home care products.
Fluent communication in English, both spoken and written.
