Qualifications:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in any major.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a related field as EXIM Executive.
3. Strong English language skills (both oral and written).
4. Possession of 'Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan/PPJK.'
5. Good understanding of HS Code, Export-Import Regulations, Logistics, Taxation, and International Trade.

 

Responsibilities:

• Collect shipping documents from partner factories.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping documents.
• Register shipping documents in the internal system.
• Instruct partner factories on how to register documents in the system.
• Verify HS codes and customs duties.
• Communicate with the head office logistics team.
• Coordinate with partnered logistics companies.
