Our client, hospitality company with several hotel properties in Bali is looking for a Personal Assistant to owner with qualification and job description as below:
Qualification:
- Willing to be placed in Bali
- Intelligent and well behaved
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting Owner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in English verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience with travel arrangement
Job Description:
- Managing and coordinating the executive’s agenda, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handling internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assisting with the organization of events, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Proactively addressing administrative needs to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Supporting the executive in decision-making by gathering and providing relevant information.
