Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate on long-term strategies, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to industry trends.
- Financial Management: Work with the CFO on budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop senior management, foster a high-performance culture, and set performance goals.
- Business Development: Support market expansion and customer satisfaction through optimized operations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and report on operational performance to the CEO and board.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational role.
- Strong background in managing operations, strategic planning, and financial oversight.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
