Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote 3PL services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the logistics industry.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in 3PL services, preferably in major Japanese logistics companies.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)** and English.
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and market trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
