Job Description:
Manage the day-to-day manufacturing development progress with proper project management systems and collaborate with all key partners in Indonesia and Overseas to ensure the new assembly mode project running and completed effectively.
Lead the program executions at the selected location and manage all the key challenges to get proper solution and support from leadership, manufacturing expert in HQ, local partners and suppliers.
Establish the effective production set up from people arrangement, quality management, velocity of manufacturing execution and cost control program.
Develop the manufacturing process flow to ensure the manufacturing program complied with local regulation and deliver profitability path to the companies.
Primary responsibility is to provide support for quality and manufacturing technical initiatives within Indonesia facility operations, supplier quality, and materials technology. Position will ensure conformity to global quality processes defined in the company Quality Management System (QMS), day to day management of overseas resources, and ensure resources are trained and competent to handling product quality with effective cost for machines builds.
Establish manufacturing excellence to ensure right manufacturing, process and product quality, localization development and accelerate product cost reduction.
Drive effective communication between Indonesia and Overseas with focus on the process improvement and leverage manufacturing technology best practices, quality and procurement standard with timely manner.
Responsible for ensuring new manufacturing process introductions in Indonesia complied with voice of business from subsidiary and product group. (Included all key business Leaders).
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering/manufacturing with an excellent understanding of manufacturing excellence, manufacturing project management, new facility /operations
set up planning, production layout and quality management practices or equivalent
experience.Knowledge of heavy equipment production operations and planning procedures is required. In addition, 6 to 8 years of progressively responsible job-related experience are typically required.
Working experience in manufacturing of the heavy equipment with expanded skill on the manufacturing project management, manufacturing set up, facility planning and layout, process quality control, standard work development, manufacturing process validation, strong analysis thinking based on data, problem solving and excellence to drive the continuous improvement. Jobholder initiates communication with others outside immediate work group to work on new ideas or to counsel others, etc. The ability to listen to others is important to the job.
Have the knowledge background of heavy equipment assembly procedure, tooling and device management for production, production systems, production planning and workstation load balance analysis, quality management, testing technology, construction machinery and other aspects, understand the national and international quality related laws and regulations, familiar with ISO or TS Quality standards and related family standards.
Basic skills: Advance English Communication Skill, Skilled use of Microsoft Offices, project management system and WPS to Analyze, Contract Data, Report Management and Project Control and Report.
Good Multicultural Collaboration and Communication, Project Management, Good communication, coordination, analysis and strong execution ability skill, master the product testing methods and the use of measuring instruments, strong analysis and judgment ability and problem-solving ability.
Experienced manufacturing duty on the heavy equipment especially excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozer or others with the SKD/CKD with Localization background experience preferred.
