Job Description:
Engage with potential clients to identify their needs, and deliver customized solutions to meet business goals;
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets;
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets and meet sales goals;
Train, coach, and mentor sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:
Proven 5-10 years of experience in sales role, especially in medical or healthcare industry with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Accustomed to seek new business in a highly competitive environment
Proven experience in leading and encouraging a team to ensure all members are always on top of their performance
Good communication skill with positive attitude
Train, coach, and mentor sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques
