Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.

Negotiate lease terms and conditions with clients.
Manage disputes and assist tenants with moving-in requirements.
Collaborate with marketing teams to roll out promotions and pricing initiatives.
Expand sales coverage and capture untapped market opportunities.
Align internal programs to stay competitive in the market.
Drive regional performance through coaching and motivation.
Provide problem-solving support for sales teams.
Manage teams responsible for sales operations, MIS, and analytics
Requirements:
+2 years experience as sales B2B
Experience in leasing, rental, multifinance industry is preferred
Proficient in english is mandatory
Have experience working in a Japanese company will be a plus point
Good communication skills, aggressive, eagerness to learn
Willing to work on site
