Job Description:
Create a tryout schedule for making prototypes/samples (assembly section).
Prepare and review jigs/tools for the purposes of making prototypes/samples (assembly parts), as well as discussing changes/improvements with related departments.
Carry out the product assembly trial process both internally and with subcont.
Coordinating with the production department for borrowing machines and carrying out tryouts.
Create a test report. Tryout contains parameter settings and problems that occur during the trial assembly process.
Submit tryout results to Quality Assurance for prototype/sample evaluation purposes.
Improvements after trials, whether from process, jig or tool.
Control the progress of the preparation of the new model and make monthly reports on the progress schedule for the new model that has been created.
Reviewing process flow documents, layout designs, work instruction, standard parameters created by Kaizen staff.
Carrying out improvements continuous improvements (continuous improvements).
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree from Mechanical Engineering.
Has a minimum 3+ years of experience in process engineering with welding experience. Robot welding would be preferable.
