Our client, a mining blasting services company looking for operation manager with qualification and job description as below:
Responsibilities:
Oversee the manufacturing and delivery of bulk explosives and accessories.
Implement and improve operational procedures, safety standards, and working practices.
Provide guidance to support functions like Safety, Technical Services, Engineering, Human Capital, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian business regulations.
Train and certify operational employees.
Maintain safety and quality standards for equipment, manufacturing plants, and products.
Oversee blasting services and ensure regulatory compliance.
Use permitted raw materials for manufacturing.
Align business strategy with specific objectives and policies.
Promote company vision, values, and staff development.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering; additional financial or business qualification is advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in mining operations and bulk explosives manufacturing.
Skills:
Intimate knowledge of mining operations (open-pit, quarry, underground).
Familiarity with Indonesian mining and explosives regulations.
Experience in operating manufacturing plants and mobile manufacturing units.
Knowledge of chemical formulations and commercial explosives products.
Ability to interact with customers at various levels.
