Finance Specialist & Office Administrator
Tasks
1. Finance – bank transactions, book-keeping, invoice preparation, collaboration with HQ finance
2. HR Admin - salaries, contracts, social securities, income tax calculation (in coordination with tax consultant), etc
3. Office Administrator - keeping office tidy, up to date and organizing showcase events
4. PA to Trade Commissioner, available for various administrative tasks
Hard requirements
- Educational background in business administration, economics, or commerce
- Work experience in finance
- Fluency in English
