Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor & report on freight performance and status.
- Select appropriate partners.
- Negotiate with carrier.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Develop & implement carries strategies.
- Analyze sales data & establish target lanes.
- Arrange timely alternative transportation.
- Oversee freight delivery & ensure goods are in order.
- Collaborate for new business opportunities.
- Sub-lead the team to perform key duties mentioned before.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience in freight forwarding.
- Bachelor with related degree is preferred.
- Having knowledge about customs regulations, basic cargo, dangerous goods cargo & shipping lines.
- Skilled in PEB/PIB, BL Creation, and Manifest, familiarity with CargoWise is highly preferred.
- Business in English.
