The HR & GA Executive will be responsible for handling all Human Resources and General Affairs matters of the company.
Key responsibilities:
Managing recruitment processes and employment matters.
Handling expatriate matters, including KITAS, VISA, etc.
Managing company travel arrangements such as booking air tickets, hotels, and renting cars.
Overseeing company legal documentation and coordinating with government offices for renewal/extension of documents.
Utilizing HR software for various HR functions.
Ensuring compliance with Indonesian manpower laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in handling HR & GA matters in a company with a minimum of 30-40 employees.
- Graduate in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in managing expatriate matters.
- Experience in using HR software.
- Able to speak English and report to Expatriate.
