Requirement :
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any major, with a strong preference for Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Manager, specifically within the Manufacturing Industry, managing teams of over 100 employees.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Recruitment and Training, with a proven track record of successful hiring and staff development.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian Labour Laws and their practical applications within the workplace.
- Additional knowledge and experience in other HR roles, such as Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement, will be highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
