Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure office assets are accurately recorded according to their asset class.
- Register all office assets manually and conduct stock opname checks based on asset location.
- Create asset codes, applications/internal memos for office assets to be disposed of or lost.
- Manage building facilities, maintenance, and oversee the office work environment and office facilities.
- Support the General Affairs section in daily operations and handle ad hoc tasks from superiors (Head or Director in charge).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and common formulas.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to maintain accurate asset records with high attention to detail.
- Effective two-way communication with peers, internal, and external parties.
