As a Business Development Manager (Renewable Energy), you will focus on building strong relationships with key decision-makers in companies looking to develop or invest in renewable energy projects. Your goal is to identify business opportunities, drive partnerships, and navigate regulations to support the project.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, or energy storage projects).
Strong connections to senior officials in PLN, as well as key decision-makers in leading power companies and corporations planning to develop renewable energy projects in Indonesia.
Deep understanding of current and future renewable energy trends and projects in Indonesia.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
Identify and build partnerships with companies that are currently developing or planning to develop renewable energy projects in Indonesia — such as solar, wind, and energy storage systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders like PLN and private energy companies.
Prepare and present business proposals — clearly explaining their benefits from technical, operational, and regulatory perspectives to potential clients and partners.
Keep up with the latest regulations and policies related to renewable energy in Indonesia.
