We are looking for a passionate Area Manager to oversee the Resort Program across multiple resort locations where the program is offered. In this role, you will ensure exceptional service, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team of Guest Associates and Photographers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in multi-site operations within luxury resorts, photography or retail industries (must-have).
3. Fluency in English (must-have).
4. Strong financial skills, including budget management and performance analysis.
5. Experience working with high-end clients and luxury hospitality brands.
Responsibilities:
1. Multi-Site Operational Leadership: Oversee resort locations, ensuring seamless service and top-tier guest experiences.
2. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor Site Managers, Guest Associates, and Photographers, providing coaching and performance evaluations.
3. Strategic Planning and Growth: Identify new opportunities for expansion, revenue growth, and guest experience improvements.
4. Financial and Performance Management: Track budgets, analyze data, and ensure all sites meet revenue targets.
5. Quality Control and Compliance: Maintain all locations meet the highest standards of service, quality, and operational efficiency.
