Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years' experience as a Programmer/System Analyst.
Proven leadership in development teams.
Strong Java, SQL (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle), and web app development skills.
Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English, ability to speak in Japanese is a plus point.
Experience in manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with development tools and environments.
Willing to work in Cilegon for 2-3 times a week.
