Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years' experience as a Programmer/System Analyst.
- Proven leadership in development teams.
- Strong Java, SQL (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle), and web app development skills.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English, ability to speak in Japanese is a plus point.
- Experience in manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with development tools and environments.
- Willing to work in Cilegon for 2-3 times a week.
