Main Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams to solve product-related issues.
Customer Needs Analysis: Understand and analyze customers’ technical requirements to suggest appropriate products and solutions.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems that arise during or after product implementation.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to educate customers and internal teams on product usage and benefits.
Collaboration with Engineers: Work with hardware, software, and systems design engineers to customize products as per customer needs.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience from commercial, technical support, products or other related area
Candidates with CAD (Computer Aided Design), CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing), CNC and G-code would be advantage
Computer literate with good communication, interpersonal, analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
Must be able to converse in English.
