Our client is a financial services company, based and headquartered in Singapore, which support merchants in growing through tech-driven digital payment and financial services solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead online benefits and voucher centre embedded in digital wallets growths and marketing collaboration with business partners, including digital wallets and international key merchants
Design mechanisms to drive user activeness, retention and engagement of the product
Drive new payment users and retention users for business partners by marketing activities
Find marketing collaboration opportunities with e-wallets and local banks (eg. Dana, Mandiri) and pitch them with a comprehensive co-brand marketing plan
Requirements:
Possess 3-5 experience in online business growth
Possess 3-5 years of experience in online operational roles
Knowledge of IT product or data analysis
Experience in digital content/e-commerce is an added bonus
Strong communication skills, fluency in English
Strong collaboration mindset, results oriented, energetic, and can work under pressure
